Can I change the shipping address or recipient name for my order?

If your order is delivered to the courier company, only courier companies can change the recipient and/or address. You can submit a change request in two ways:

1. By calling PTT at 4441788

2. By communicating with us via the e-mail ebookingturizm@gmail.com or by WhatsApp on the number 00905531916392

When will my order arrive?

- The products you purchase are delivered within the delivery date range specified on the product detail page. You can also find the delivery date of the products you purchased on the "My Orders" page in the "My Account" section.

- When the order is delivered to the shipping company, you will be notified by the shipping company via SMS.

Is there a delivery fee?

There are no additional shipping charges. Because after you choose the products you want to buy, you will always see the shipping fees and the number of delivery days

My order came when I was not at my address.

If you cannot be found at your address, the courier company will leave a note that you can pick up your parcel from your branch.

If you do not receive your parcel from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to ebooking istanbul.

If the shipping package or product is damaged, you can return the package to the shipping company without receiving it.

If you decide not to receive the shipment by checking the content and quantity after signing the delivery receipt, get a return code after communicating with us and writing the damage identification report and the invoice and handing them over to the shipping official.
